I recently won auctions for 2 trucks on ClearLotAuctions.com — a 2018 Ford F-150 and a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. After winning the bids, I realized the invoice was only valid for 24 hours, and unfortunately I missed the payment deadline.

Has anyone here dealt with this before? Were they able to reopen the invoice or give extra time for payment? I already contacted customer relations, but I’d really appreciate hearing from someone who’s been through the same situation.

Yeah, I’ve bought from them twice. Got a 2020 Ram 2500 from one auction and a 2019 Chevy Colorado from another. You should contact customer service ASAP. They usually respond pretty quickly.

I agree with DieselRamTX. I had a payment issue once when I bought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 through them. Support reopened the invoice for me the same day.

How long ago did it expire?

About 12 hours ago. I didn’t even realize the invoice had a deadline until I checked the email this morning.

You still have a good chance then. I’ve purchased three trucks from Clear Lot Auctions already: a 2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD, a 2021 Toyota Tundra, and a 2018 Ford Super Duty F-250. Since I paid all my invoices within the required time, they gave me a 15% discount on the second truck and another 10% discount on the third one based on the winning bid price.

That’s actually a pretty solid loyalty deal. I didn’t know they offered extra discounts for repeat buyers.

Yeah, but they were strict about payment deadlines. Every invoice had to be paid within the timeframe listed in the email.

TruckGuy89, send customer relations a message right now. Since it only expired 12 hours ago, they might still reactivate it before the truck gets relisted.
